Service Status
What's going on
Relinq's link conversions are powered by the SongLink/Odesli API, a third-party service we rely on to look up matching tracks across music platforms. That API has been unavailable for several weeks, and our attempts to reach the provider have not yet received a response.
While Relinq itself runs normally, the conversion step fails without that upstream service — which is essentially the whole point of the app. We don't think it's fair to send new users to a download or to charge for a license while the core feature is broken, so we've paused both until service is restored.
What's affected
- New downloads are paused — the download link has been removed from the homepage.
- New purchases are paused — the checkout has been removed from the homepage.
- Existing users will see conversions fail with an error until the upstream API comes back. The app itself still launches and runs; the menu bar, settings, and license activation all work as normal.
What we're doing
We're continuing to reach out to the SongLink/Odesli team and monitoring their status. We'll restore downloads and purchases as soon as the upstream service is back online and we've confirmed it's stable.
We don't have a reliable ETA to share, but we'll update this page as soon as we know more.
Refunds
If you purchased a license recently and the app isn't usable for you, we're happy to issue a refund — just email [email protected] with your order details.
